In six 3-hour classes, students will learn:

Basic recipe "language" how to follow recipes, knowledge of ingredients
Equipment, knife handling, basic food safety and sanitation practices
Basic recipes for soups, stews, braised meats, roasted meats, sauces
Simple side dishes with potatoes, rice and grains
Simple vegetable dishes
Chicken and fish dishes
Pasta sauces, "fun" foods for children and babies (optional)
Baked goods and beverages

Culinary team building allows your company to integrate associates from various areas and puts them in a non-work related environment that is familiar and fun!

Courses last for 3-4 hours and can take place at any time, at any home or office* in the Vancouver area.
